We are Mike and Monique, your hosts, and we fell in love with this beautiful area in 2014 and we invite you to visit our quirky accommodation, a Lodge with a hot tub with stunning countryside views. Mike takes care of the farm and its 8K laying hens, so our guests can always enjoy fresh free-range eggs. Monique, with her hospitality and armed forces background, loves to spend her time either on horseback or hiking with the dogs around the stunning Monmouthshire countryside.

Our Lodge for two is designed for adults only, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for those who want to escape and have a romantic getaway. We understand the importance of having child-free zones, which is why our quirky accommodation with a hot tub is the perfect place for couples to have some quality time together.

For those of you who want to holiday with your horse, we have you covered. Our Lodge with a hot tub is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside with your equine friend, located only two miles ride from Monmouthshire’s 2nd Largest Bridleway, there plenty of places to go exploring on horseback. Mike & Monique

Hi we are Mike and Monique your hosts here. We moved here back in 2014 after falling in love with the area. Mike spends most of his days tending the Farm and its 8K Laying hens, so theres always plenty of fresh free range eggs available. Monique with her hospitality and armed forces back ground Loves to spend here time either on horseback, or walking the dogs around the beautiful monmouthshire countryside.



Stabling and grazing

Unique offer to those wishing to bring their own horses for the stay too – we can also offer the opportunity of use of our two stables or one of the many fields we have for the duration of your stay. Please do call or email us to discuss this option, availability and pricing. Located only two miles ride from Monmouthshire’s 2nd Largest Bridleway, there plenty of places to go exloring on horseback, just ask monique and she can even show you around the bridleways.



Adults Only

Please do not mistake us, we love children but what with ours all grown up and flown the coup really appreciate those quieter places when children are not alowed, as we are finding many of you do too. Many a teacher has stayed with us and truly appreciated that, as im sure you parents out there will too for the odd stolen couples get-away.


